Time Travels
The pace of living and the speed of development sacrifices the odd, the unusual and the no longer needed. Efficiency over history. All over Denmark we still have spots and places seemingly forgotten or left behind – by coincidence or by decision. Some of them deemed important to keep and thereby safe for now, others existing only until something more important takes their place.

Dried Flowers
Flowers separated from their stems and roots are short-lived. Cutting them and moving them from nature to human homes starts a rapid cycle from beauty to waste. Dried flowers transcends the dichotomy between the two at the price of replacing their original beauty with a slightly artificial, constructed look – a botanical mummy falling apart if not handled carefully.
Momentary Imprints
Each generation, each individual, experience a being centered around own presence, own desires, own accomplishments. In a larger context, almost everything will just be imprints confined in time – individuals lend their being, creativity and craftmanship to buildings and structures with a lifespan of 100s of years and several generations, in return of borrowing them as a context for their own presence.
Nudes
The beauty of the human form is probably the oldest and most used subject for the visual arts. Perfect even when imperfect, relatable and a conveyor of emotions even when far from the context of everyday life. No other subject can be left alone in the frame and span from classic to modern, from calming to provocative, from nude to naked.
Still lifes
Depicting a time, a context, a point or a feeling – or all of the above. The basic craftmanship of the still life, stilleben or nature morte. The modern still life can draw on centuries old symbolism while adding relevance for the present. The image is built from composition, the lighting and the elements telling the story.
